This website sets no cookies. Not ours, not anybody else’s. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking on it. Checked on 14 September 2026 by loading the site with an empty browser and reading back what it left behind: nothing. You are still asked for your choice, because the day that stops being true we want your answer already on record rather than assumed.
Two things at most, and neither is a cookie:

It holds no identifier and nothing about you — it is a single yes, against the time that offer ends. It never leaves your device and is never sent to us or to anyone else. If you never see an offer, nothing is stored.
No cookie, but worth saying plainly: to display the page your browser fetches a few things from other companies, and a request to any website necessarily reveals your IP address to it.

That is a different service, on its own address, and it does set cookies — to keep your basket between pages, to keep you signed in if you have an account, and to let Stripe complete the payment securely.
Those are strictly necessary: without them a basket could not survive clicking the next button, and a payment could not be verified. They are set by Eatza rather than by this website, and what they hold is covered by our privacy policy.
When you first arrive you are asked whether we may use cookies for analytics or marketing. Today the honest answer is that we use none either way — the notice is there so that your answer is already on record if we ever add something, and so that we are not making the decision for you.
Whichever you choose, the choice itself is stored on your device as
eatza.consent. Storing it is strictly necessary by
definition — it is the record of your answer, and without it we
would have to ask again on every page.

You can change your answer whenever you like — Cookie choices at the foot of every page brings the notice back. Consent you cannot withdraw as easily as you gave it is not consent, so it stays there permanently rather than disappearing once you have answered.
The notice sits at the bottom of the page rather than across it. You can read the menu, the hours and this page without answering, and refusing takes exactly as many clicks as agreeing.
Every browser can block and clear cookies and local storage, usually under Settings → Privacy. You can clear the single item above at any time with no effect beyond seeing an offer notice again. Blocking storage on the ordering system, however, will stop you being able to order — the basket has nowhere to live.
